Requesting a cancellation

Email contact-us@rinsivo.shop as soon as possible with your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.

When cancellation is possible

We can cancel an order only before it has entered processing or dispatch. Sending a request does not guarantee cancellation if fulfilment has already begun.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any eligible request will be handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

Refund timing

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls the time needed for the credit to appear.
