Rinsivo is operated by UnicornKart LLC. This policy explains how orders placed through Rinsivo.shop are processed and delivered within India.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations or incorrect address information.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared when available. It can take up to 48 hours after dispatch for a courier scan to appear.

Delivery information

Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number at checkout. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.

Delayed, damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or is marked delivered but cannot be located, email contact-us@rinsivo.shop with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and help with the next steps.
